A Refined First Impression

A renovation of this residential lobby focused on modernizing the entry experience while improving durability and functionality for everyday use. The redesign centered around a custom two-level reception desk, thoughtfully designed for accessibility while concealing all operational equipment required by the front desk staff.

Behind the desk, large-format stone panels create a clean architectural backdrop while seamlessly concealing the mail room door within the design. Existing lobby walls were refinished with durable materials selected to withstand heavy traffic while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

Decorative wall sconces and layered lighting details were introduced to add warmth and visual interest, balancing the contemporary material palette with a welcoming atmosphere. The result is a lobby that feels elevated, functional, and timeless.
