This loft renovation reimagined the main open living area—including the entryway, kitchen, living room, and dining space—with a focus on openness, functionality, and seamless integration.

The original layout featured a partially enclosed home office surrounded by glass walls, which interrupted the flow of the space. By removing those enclosures, the footprint was redefined to create a more open and inviting living room nook. The home office was relocated and integrated into the custom millwork extending from the kitchen, allowing it to function efficiently while blending into the overall design.

The kitchen island was designed as a multifunctional centerpiece — fully functional for everyday use while visually resembling a dining table. Since the clients preferred additional lounge seating over a formal dining area, the layout prioritizes comfort and flexibility without sacrificing practicality.

Custom cabinetry, integrated lighting details, and carefully selected materials define the project’s character. Frameless doors and concealed storage maintain clean lines throughout the space, allowing functional elements to disappear into the architecture and keeping the focus on the openness and warmth of the loft.
