The main floor was envisioned as light, airy, and functional for family life, featuring a clean contemporary kitchen, warm natural materials, and exposed brick details that add character and texture throughout the home.

The lower level was transformed into a moody entertainment space with a lounge area, custom bar, integrated media wall, and a separate studio apartment. To maximize natural light within the studio, the sleeping area was enclosed with steel and glass panels, creating separation while maintaining openness and flow.
